In copperleaf restaurant, the word delicious is an understatement. the moment you take a spoonful of food you will know that each and every food is cooked the right way. starting from the presentation to the taste everything is just perfect. The menu is so well explained, the staff is beyond helpful. this place is huge, very elegantly decorated and served in the perfect manner. the moment I enter the place I knew that is going to be a wonderful experience. we were welcomed At The Gates with a big smile and escorted to the right table. I went to Copperleaf with four of my Goan friends. and we were excited to explore the variety of menu copper leaf have to offer.
before I say more about the people and the Ambience I want to jump straight into the menu.
We started with some mocktails the Sunshine and the Mickey Mouse.
I know you must be wondering with the name how are you supposed to know what is the key ingredients but as I said don’t worry the menu itself is well explained and the staff so helpful that you need not to worry about anything.
As I stepped on to my first drink my Expectations were really high and copper leaf did not let it down.
for the starter, we ordered Pepper Chicken Prawns Golden, Fried Prawns Cocktail, Garlic Wafers, Murgh Peshawari Banjara Kabab.

This had a different taste, I never had a prawn cocktail before this but I am sure this is the best I could ever have. When this came to our table I was so excited. It was an explosion of different taste and it was still so soothing to the tastebud. A must must try.
As you can see in the pictures they were served so well. they look tasty they were even more delicious. by the end of as eating the starters, we were really full but we wanted to order more script for more supremely delicious food.
for the main course we ordered some Butter naan with Murg Kalimiri masala, Mutton Rogan Josh served with some Steam Rice.

As they say, there is always room for desserts well this is quite true. Even after overstaffing ourselves we look back at the menu to get some desserts which travel directly to our heart.
For the desserts, we ordered Gajar Ka Halwa, which melted in our mouth in seconds.
Serradura
Serradura or Sawdust Pudding is a Portuguese dessert made up of sweetened, vanilla whipped cream and serradura. Apparently, ‘serradura’ translates to ‘sawdust’ in Portuguese. And the ‘sawdust’ in this dessert is actually crushed Tea Biscuits! Something interesting something to learn. Tho it was yum.
Caramel Custard
They served us warm water with rose petals to wash our hands and the most beautiful part is they have been acknowledging each and every Lady by giving them a red rose. Each and every lady who walks out of the restaurant gets a beautiful red rose as a token of appreciation. I thought it was a wonderful gesture.
We have been so pleased with the service and food that we intend to meet the manager of the copperleaf restaurant and well, of course, The Chef who has been the mastermind behind is delicious food served at each and every table. They were so humble and so the knowledge that even after that tight schedule and the restaurant been packed, they make sure the click a photo with us.
It has been a wonderful experience, I wasn’t sure what I was getting myself into because it sounds real or to visit a restaurant in Goa and ditching the shacks but I think this restaurant is a must visit restaurant in Goa. You can enjoy with your family, you can enjoy with your friends, are you can just simply enjoy the food alone. If you are looking into a place which serves great food then copperleaf is your answer. I have been telling everyone if you think of an Indian restaurant to try hygienic tasty great food then you surely need to travel to Porvorim copperleaf restaurant Goa.
